Are all secondary containment structures (e.g., dikes, berms, double-walled tanks) free from cracks, leaks, or deterioration?

Is the secondary containment volume sufficient to contain the entire contents of the largest single tank plus sufficient freeboard for precipitation?

Are drainage controls (e.g., valves, pumps) for secondary containment areas properly sealed and locked to prevent unauthorized discharge?

Are secondary containment areas free from accumulated rainwater, debris, or spilled materials?

Are tank foundations stable and free from signs of settling or corrosion?

Are overfill prevention measures (e.g., high-level alarms, automatic shut-off systems) functioning correctly?
