Refund Policy

1. Overview

InspectionReport is operated by Estads OÜ. Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for subscriptions and one-time purchases made through InspectionReport.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new monthly and annual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

3. One-Time Report Exports

Single report export purchases (PDF/Word) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the export has not been downloaded. Once a report export has been downloaded, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@inspectionreport.app with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The order ID or transaction reference from your receipt
  • The reason for your refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method by Paddle.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions past the 14-day money-back guarantee window
  • One-time exports that have already been downloaded
  • Refunds requested more than 60 days after the original purchase
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
