What is the difference between one-time export and Unlimited?+
Pay-per-export is €9.95 including taxes worldwide for one report in PDF and Word formats. Unlimited is €29/mo and includes unlimited report exports while your subscription is active.
Do you offer refunds?+
Refunds are handled under the InspectionReport refund policy.
Can I get VAT invoices?+
Yes. Both the €9.95 one-report export and the €29/mo Unlimited subscription are final worldwide totals with all taxes included. Paddle provides the receipt or tax invoice after purchase.
Do I need an account?+
You can build reports as a guest. Creating an account helps you keep reports, manage exports, and access billing.
Which payment processors do you use?+
Paddle securely processes both one-time report exports and Unlimited subscriptions. Available methods may include card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay depending on your device and location.
How do I cancel Unlimited?+
You can cancel Unlimited from billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
