InspectionReport is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice as we continue to improve the platform.

2. No Legal or Safety Advice

InspectionReport is a drafting tool. It does not replace professional judgment. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the final content of any audit report, score, or corrective action generated using the tool. InspectionReport is not a substitute for a qualified safety professional.

3. Subscriptions & Usage Limits

Free Tier: Includes 3 branded reports. Once these credits are used, upgrading to a paid plan is required to continue generating reports.

Pro Plan: Paid subscriptions grant unlimited access to report generation and white-label features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time via the dashboard settings.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectionReport and Estads OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.
