1. Service Status

InspectionReport is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice as we continue to improve the platform.

2. No Legal or Safety Advice

InspectionReport is a drafting tool. It does not replace professional judgment. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the final content of any safety inspection report or corrective action generated using the tool. InspectionReport is not a substitute for a qualified safety professional.

3. Pricing & Billing

Free Tier: Guests may generate up to 3 reports per day; signed-in free users may generate up to 10 reports per hour. Building, editing, and viewing reports online is free. A one-report PDF and Word export is €9.95 including taxes worldwide.

Unlimited Plan: €29/month including all taxes worldwide for unlimited report exports, white-label exports, and priority support while the subscription is active. Cancel anytime.

All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. By subscribing you agree to Paddle's terms and our Refund Policy. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectionReport and Estads OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.
